The Dental Program is available in all 50 states and all pre-existing conditions are covered except orthodontic treatment in progress. There are no claim forms to fill out, no limits on visits to the dentist and no deductibles.

Members of the Dental Network can save on all procedures and dental charges including but not limited to dental restorative cosmetic work (dental implant's, braces, crowns). Other benefits include dental hygiene services and preventative work (x-rays, teeth cleaning, fillings, etc...)

We currently have over 20,000 providers in our network. To find a participating dentist in your area click the "Find A Dentist" button to your left. If your dentist is not on our provider list let us know. When you let our Member Services Department Know who your dentist is, we will contact him/her about becoming a Provider.
This program offers it's members savings from:

20% to 70% on Dental Charges
20% to 60% on Vision Care Benefits
30% to 50% on Name Brand and Generic Drugs

We have also included over 3,600 Optical Centers Nationwide within our network to provide discounts on contact lenses, eyeglasses and other items. For information on the Benefits of the Vision Plan click the "Vision Plan Benefits" button to your left.

The Prescription Drug Plan has one of the largest nationwide networks of pharmacies providing an average 30% to 50% discount on name brand and generic drugs. For information on the Benefits of the Prescription Drug Plan click the "Prescription Drug Benefits" button to your left.

The Vision Plan and the Prescription Drug Plan are not stand alone plans. They are available only to the members of our Dental Plan. For a limited time we are giving these two plans, FREE OF CHARGE, to new applicants of the Dental Plan provided they pay their premium on a Semi-Annual (6 months) or Annual Basis (12 months) at time of application.

Please not that this is not insurance and we do not make payments directly to medical service providers. It is a discount program, and you are obligared to pay for all health care services. You will receive discounts for medical services at certain health care providers woh have contracted with the plan. This plan is administered by CAREINGTON International Corporation, 7400 Gaylord Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034. The program and its administrators have no liability for providing or guaranteeing service or the quality of service rendered. Note to Utah residents: this contract is not protected by the Utah Life and Health Guaranty Association.
